I can't find a anime convention anywhere close to Geneva. Does anyone know
one close to Alabama? I would really like to know.

Cosplay.com (http://www.cosplay.com/conventions.php) has a pretty extensive list of conventions. The only one they list in Alabama is called PersaCon located in Madison. Their website can be found here (http://pc.epicenternetworks.com/).

Other good places to look would be inquiring to local colleges and anime clubs, as they might be planning something or might know of other events.

Wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PersaCon) has it as being in Huntsville these days.

I'd be more willing to trust Wiki than Cosplay, as it was probably someone a part of PersaCon themselves who made up that article. Oddly enough, the con website doesn't actually say which town it's in, but the forum makes references to "H'ville" so I'm guessing it's Huntsville.

Also I think this summer in either Dothan or Enterprise they are "suppose" to be having a convention. I'm not sure look it up for me?
