I don't think Otakon was perfect but compared to the horror stories I heard about Anime Expo I think it was a fairly well run con.

I know some people were complaining about scheduling conflicts but I really didn't run across that at all. If I had one problem it was Otakon really needs to come up with a consistent autograph policy, Not one members of the staff seemed to know how autographs were being handled. This was because they were being handled differently for every guest and sometimes differently for the same guest on different days.
