Wow, that was amusing.
What I want to know is what the guy did in the first place to have the cops chase after him like that..?

That was incredible, and a very close shave. That guy on the bike probably would have been hit by the cop car if he lagged a second behind. The cop chasing him got owned.

Also, that guy was a really fast peddeler, and must have had a ton of stamina to pull that stunt off.

Note that the cop car right next to the bike looks nothing like the cop cars behind it. That's because Specialized edited a normal car, and doing a pretty terrible job about it, to look like a cop car.
