how do you add picture images ?

i dont understand i need 50 posts on here to do urls. But how do you insert an image and whats the best way of going about that ?

You can attach an image to a post with the "Attach Files" section of a reply window.

If you're refering to signature images (the images that display beneath your post) you can add those in the "Edit Signature" option of the User CP link at the top of the forums. Signature Images can be either uploaded to the AA, similar to the Attach Files option of a post, or they must be hosted yourself at am image hosting site, such as Photobucket. The limit on signature images sizes is 500x200 pixels.
