This subject has been brought up once before.. so I had a question, and so the lounge was for.. so it said.. I didn't post at random...
In anycase.. it is the shadow squad to the Shinsengumi... but more so to the third captain of a squad from the Shinsengumi. Saitou Hajime...
And well.. there are two animes from which I know he comes from, but it be more... for Rurouni Kenshin to Samurai X...
