I don't really want to quit considering i'm doing over 70 hours every two weeks even during school days and my pay is nice and I have lots of bills but i'm just sick of always getting made fun of due to my speaking disability and getting hit all the time for no reason

I'm sorry... the other employees are attacking you? That's at least grounds for dismissal, if not legal charges.

Syner, dear, that makes me sad.
That's not nice of them, being mean to such an ace person like you.
D:<
Just let your boss know that you need to speak with him about something urgent as soon as possible. When you finally get to meet with him, explain that you really enjoy the work that you do, but your co-workers are treating you unfairly. Tell him that unless the abuse stops not only will you need to leave, but you'll need to file a report against them for assault.
I hope things get better.
If I could, I go tell those meanie-heads to knock it the f*ck off.
Bastards.

Being H.R., I can tell you that
a) Make sure that there are reasonable arguments behind your statement that can be verified and are not subject to interpretation, otherwise you will look like a whiner.
b) Make sure that you try to talk to the person that you are having problems with first (otherwise your boss will ask you that, and if you have not tried to resolve this yourself, you will again look like a whiner).
c) Never ever skip the chain of command. If the person you want to talk to is not your direct supervisor, but rather his boss, talk to your supervisor first, otherwise you will be branded as loner not interested in being a team player.
d) When all fails, find witnesses and document everything. It will come in handy in the future.

I say donkey punch them. If that doesn't work, rat them to the boss. Fight fire with fire.

Soundchazer gots the idea, but sometimes the chain of command doesn't work effectively. Employees that try to make coworkers feel bad just comes with the job. Usually I say roll with the punches...or in this case...kicks, but report to your store manager and not the lead. Since Syner is the Victim here, reporting about the abuse will work. Differences between appearance and speech tend to let other people get a rise off ya. Usually ignoring it will work, but knockin the grapes out of the pressed fruits bowl is going to far. Tell it to your boss.
Don't resign. Just stop coming to work. They might still be paying you for a while before the whole thing catches on.
Oh, and steal your weight in office supplies before leaving for good.

The moral of this story? Never listen to freshmen.

and getting hit all the time for no reason
Are we talking playful, yet annoying licks in the arm? Bruiseworty? Or full force gut/face punches?
Cause I'm thinking lawsuit if it's the latter.

Yes, make sure that you talk to the person(s) responsibe before going to a supervisor. Make sure that you have specific instances and times in mind. You will have to name names.
I'm not sure how much SC knows about american HR systems, but this sounds, at the least, like workplace harassment and/or hostile work environment. Employers in America have a responsibility to gurantee a nonhostile workplace.
Also, how bad is your speech disability? If it's a disability and not a speech impediment, then parts of the Americans with Disabilities Act may come into play.

^^^^ He does HR stuff in Phoenix. I trust he knows what he's talking about. :p
If your job is better than a part-time thing at a fast food joint, I would try asking for a different position in a different department etc, away from those people. Or just try different hours. That works nice sometimes.

well I went to work today...somehow the managers already knew about some of the events and me and the main manager sat and talked for a little bit...about what Tam said yes I did get hit in the sensetive area as I will say and he actualy came back and said he was sorry and didn't mean to hit me that hard. Which also means he meant to hit me there but not as hard..I told the managers I did not want to see him fired or anything.
Also to my surprise they gave me a raise due to the hard work i've put in there the past few weeks. 70-75 hrs every other week while being a senior in high school and never calling in for almost two years must be something lol.

I had not really read your line saying he had hit you. That is harrassment no matter how you want to put it. But again, you need proof it happened to make it a slam dunk case. I still say you keep documenting every single thing as soon as it happens.
I would LOVE to think the raise had all to do with your efforts (an no absences in 2 years is quite commendable and rare these days), but in the back of my mind, I'm thinking it may also be hush money. Is that particular ******* at work an important employee? A friend of the manager?
