What do you think about the game, personally, i think it's the best rpg game ever!

What are you talking about? Star Ocean 1? Star Ocean: The Second Story? Star Ocean: Till the End of Time? The whole series in general? Also, be more specific in your post, and maybe list why you actually like it, so there's more to talk about.

Anyways, Star Ocean: The Second Story was my favourite Star Ocean game. It just felt like the storyline was more epic and original for me. The customization was better, the battle system felt more fast paced and polished, the characters were more unique, and it was fun having the relationship system that allowed you to get around 80 different endings. Plus, I just loved the planets you were on, more than the one in Till the End of Time. Till the End of Time was a very good game, but it didnt top The Second Story for me, regardless of being ona next gen system.

Which one? I've only played 3.

Personally, I prefer Chrono Trigger or Tales of Symphonia, but SO3 wasn't bad at all.

Only played the original. Too short, but still, quite good.

I have only played Star Ocean 3, but I liked it. It may not be the best ever, but it was good enough for me to spend nearly 100 hours going through every facet of it. ^^;;

The main problem I had was that it took a while for it to really go somewhere. All that time to get on Vanguard III, and then finally it got into the actual story. The story was good. It wasn't very well-paced, but it was good.

But, the best part about it was the gameplay and battle system. That's what really saved it from the long-winded way it presented things.

I've always liked Tri-Ace games. It's just so...'inspiring' to see all of the self-references and inside jokes.

i loved star ocean the second story, i tried to get in to SO3, but after about 40 hours, i realized that this game doesnt compare at all to SO the second story, so i stopped playing. for all those people who like SO3 try to get your hands on a copy of SO sthe second story, and you will see what i mean

I've playing the beginning of all three, and have never finished any of them. Currently, the only one that it looks like I may someday finish is the 2nd one, which I'm really enjoying. Till The End of Time? Well, I like the story, but I really dislike the battle system. I'm still stuck about 20 hours in, and I'm not sure yet if I'm going to keep going and hope it gets better, or simply sell the game.

Personally, Til the End of Time is my favorite. I just loved the world and characters. Right now, I'm still in the process of replaying to get all Battle Trophies (I'm slow at this, been busy with other games and life) and working to 4D difficulty.

... Everytime I play through it, I always find something new in the world I'm exploring. Which is always something nice. :)

The first half of Till The End of Time was cool, I dug the battles and fierce battles. Then it went into all sorts of weird territory and upped the difficulty by 15%. I just couldn't handle fighting at Styx since the monsters (viruses) caused a sudden death move. I've also haven't gotten used to the whole die if you lose EP. I really wanted to use Sophia and Maria for magic users, but I just couldn't since I didn't get to develop them and the fact that Sophia wasn't available until the second half.

Till The End of Time is a good game, just not great. The cutscenes and graphics give off that feel of an anime in 3D. The voice acting wasn't too shabby either.
