Does anyone know of any websites that have a lot of reviews for Manga series? I have looked around and the only one I found that was alright was Mangareviewer. I have just started getting into manga after being an anime fan for a long time. There just doesn't seem to be enough review sites for manga the way there are for anime. If you guys could help that would be great.

www.animesecrets.org has some Manga reviews. They do anime, manga, and games there.

Also,from the sticky, there's http://www.mangamaniacs.org/

But, Manga Reviewer has all the manga reviews you will ever need! ;_;

Anyways, Manga Maniacs has been dead for years, so you could try some of these sites:

ANN's Right Turn Only Column (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/columns/rightturnonly.php) (Reviews by volume, not complete series)

Manga For Kids (http://www.manga4kids.com/) (Reviews by volume, is more oriented towards parents)

Anime On DVD - Manga Reviews (http://www.animeondvd.com/reviews2/manga/) (Reviews by volume)

Sleep is for the Weak (http://www.sleepisfortheweak.org/) (They review plenty of stuff, but have manga reviews as well)

Anime Jump (http://www.animejump.com/index.php) (Has manga reviews, but it has more anime reviews)

Most sites that focus on manga reviews only have been dead for a long time or also host scanlations, so you will have to find those yourself. Hope that helps.

REVIEWING BY THE VOLUME IS CHEATING!

Any ways...

Either they are dead now, or they review by the volume which is stupid, because when buying manga, just like anime, you need to be sure that you are going to like it from the get go. Thats why we do review only completed manga and it is nice to see that the we are somewhat one of the backbones in manga community. It may sound like I am talking way to big, but, if you take out the sites that also have/host scanlations, there aren't many options that offer quality and quantity (check the sig :D although they are more by now).

Now, I am a very modest dude and I'll say that you could check http://niko-niko.net/random/contents.html and http://www.lovemanga.co.uk/
