OMFG THIS GAME IS SWEET!!!

ok now that thats out of the way, I just got done playing the PC Demo of this wonderful game.

you play as this cherokee by the name of Tommy who doesn't care for the ways of the cherokee and at the beginning your on a reservation than all these lights start appearing and your beamed onto and alien ship along with your girlfriend Jenny, your grandfather, and other misc humans which I really find fun in shooting them or smacking them with the wrench to make it all bloody like lol.

As you progress through you see strange and mysterious things happening on this ship. People getting stabbed by this giant machine and than getting thier blood grinded out of them, stuff like that.

Later on you gain a second chance and you go through a rites of passage that will give you abilities like Spiritual Walk which will allow your spirit to go to places that is unreachable by your body at times. so the games throws in alittle puzzle solving at the same time.

Your spirit also gets a weapon, it gets a spiritual bow and arrow set that is really cool but each time you use it, it drains away spiritual energy and when its gone you can still be in spirit form but you can't shoot your bow.

the gernades in the game are wierd, its these small alien like creatures and when you go to throw them you rip them in half and toss the head and than the head blows up.

Theres also these platforms that will allow you and the enemy to walk up the walls, on the cielings, anywhere...just make sure theres something below you if you jump lol.

This game is great and I am defiantally picking this one up when it comes out (especially now that I know this will run on my PC lol)

but yea i do like the way they screw with you with perspective and crap...i think that's really what's gonna make the game good.

I downloaded the demo during a graduation party, then I came back and my graphics card was fried... and now I can't play it... I'm mad -,-.

The game does look very interesting. I like the idea of being able to walk on walls and ceilings. So I may have to give it a purchase for my 360, if it gets really good reviews. I havent read much up on it, but if it has a cooperative mode by some chance, it would make it all the sweeter. If not, it could be a fun addition for Prey 2. The spirit travelling aspect is also really original to me.

the spirit traveling stuff is uhh....pretty much Soul Reaver, in the aspect that you don't die but have to syphon health to come back, as well as using it for solving puzzles. The only unique thing about it is your real body being vulnerable.

by persepective are you talking about like that one part where the enemy knocked down that crate and you crawl into the crate actually takes you to another part of the ship but when you look at the side you see the crate perfectally but inside you see a new part of the ship...that was freakin me out a little bit when I first saw it but It was awesome lol

I havent downloaded it, but I'm definately getting it for the 360. Considering this game has been in production for more then 10 years, I know its gonna be godly.

lol since my computer had problems playing the trailer let alone the game... I think Im not gonna end up getting it... but im willing to give the demo a shot for sure...

but yeah... the world needs more games with kick ass native americans (who arent Turok)

If the 360 demo is out already, it will be one of the first things to dl as soon as I get my 360, which should be around today if the dogs stop screwing around with me.

some disturbing images I took while playing the Full Retail Version of the game...extremely freaky yet fun..

I play all my games in window mode so that it doesn't use much processor speed and I can still talk to friends lol
