what charecters wear kimono's?

See for my birthday my Mom made me a kind dark pink/mix puple with flowers kimono. i really WASN'T thinking when i chose the fabric but now that it's finished i don't know if there's an anime/manga charecter like it. if you know any charecters that have brown hair and wear a dark fusia kimono with flowers please reply!!!!

Well there's always Kaoru from Rurouni Kenshin, granted her main outfit is yellowish, but she's seen in a large amount of different kimono's. Mainly of the covers of the manga...

I don't really know who else there would be that you could get away with without a quick, temperary hair dye or a different kimono.

Naru from Love Hina has brown hair and she in which episode weared kimono, but I don't rremember what color is it :eyebrow:

Kaoru Kamiya, Megumi and Tsubame from Rurouni Kenshin came into my mind, along with Aoi Sakuraba from Ai Yori Aoshi. But I think another character comes close to lilly1992's description, with the purple kimono the only exception - Tsumire Kanzaki from Sakura Wars/Sakura Taisen.

and also i cut my hair to chin lenght(my parents made me get it cut because they wanted a more sophisticated look) but my hair is still kinda dark/mixed with light brown so pretty much just brown hair.

Kimono plus chin length dark hair makes me think of Chiyoko from Millenium Actress. Not purple but close.
