AX? Come on...CLAMP! How can you miss it

Hello there all. I'm heading to AX again this year. Any other AA'ers making the trek? CLAMP will be there! What this means I dunno. I mean I know they make manga but what can they do aside from draw and write? And that's gonna be one huge line if AX even lets them do Autographs. Perhaps they'll be driven around in a "pope-mobile" type vehicle for all their adoring fans to view them?

Just a thought...

Well, I, for one, have been going crazy that CLAMP's gonna be in America... and I'm not gonna be able to see them. If I knew earlier, I could have booked a plane ticket and a hotel room for the convention (since it goes until Tuesday, it's one of the few conventions I could attend without much hassle). However, I just found out about it this past week.

CLAMP got me into the world of manga (with Wish), and even now I prefer to read their stuff above all else. I'm just a sucker for their animation style.

Just do me one favor... Get a picture of their pope-mobile for me? ;)

I, myself, was ecstatic to hear that CLAMP would be attending AX and my friend offered for me to join her this year to go, however, money is always the problem when it comes to this so I don't have the money for AX (Otakon is another story though ^.^) So if they're doing autographs, she said that she'll wait in line to get me an autograph, even if she can't I'm sure she'll take pictures for met to see.

I wish, I don't really care about CLAMP but Paku Romi is going to be there. The last two years AX got Seki Tomokazu and this year they have Paku Romi, so not fair. :(

well we were all psyched about going to AX for Clamp but ..... Romi Paku won out since theres only two fanboys + me and neither of the three of us wanna see them THAT bad. ill get my angelic layer boxset signed later on

Apparently, they're enforcing a no-photograph policy for CLAMP at Anime-Expo. I'm not sure if it's just referring to the panel, or the signings and stuff as well. That really sucks... I wonder why they're doing that?

Details can be found at Anime-Expo's official site. The link is towards the top of the main page, with all the other CLAMP stuff. It's interesting to note that CLAMP has no photographs under the "Guests of Honor" page on that site.

it maybe requested by CLAMP, but from what i gather almost all of the GoH panels are no photography and filming. i doubt tho that it will be enforced at the signings ... but its better off double checking with someone from AX

IM GOING, hope to see yall there, btw i think the Clamp presence will be cool for thegirls but personally the creators of Chobits dosn't really thrill me as much as say someone like Gainax lol but whatev.

i went yesterday but didn't see the CLAMP panel (sorry yodastubato) but all in all it was awesome (like everry year) they showed desert punk.... awesome anime..... but the AMV awards wer full so i couldn't get in , taht blew but besides all that it was really fun...... all praise the free stuff

damn i was hoping someone went to the CLAMP panel, we had couldnt go for it since we were going for the romi paku panel, who couldnt come T____T so we stood in the long LONG LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG line to get into the dealers room instead =P anyone who went let me know how it was =D
