Anyone like Pretear? Well if you do you're welcome! Pretear is such a good book. With all of the beautiful pictures. ( I am a fan of pretty pictures) Even though Pretear is a little similar to Sailor Moon with the transformations, the book is really great! You can tell It's a new legend of snow white, because instead of seven dwarfs there are seven knights, and there always has to be a prince in a fairy tale!

I love the manga Pretear!! I read the 3rd book in only one hour!!!
1. Don't double-post. There's an Edit button right there for you.
2. I've been forced on pain of bludgeoning to watch part of the anime, but I don't know much about the manga. Is it very different?

I've seen/read parts of each and there is really nothing different. The only plus the anime has in my opinion is a nice color palette.

So...on the basis of your profile and short-lived "favorite anime" thread, how can it be one of your favourite anime if you haven't seen it, then?
That's right, it can't!

This manga is quite enjoyable...
I love the bouquet of art that is presented through-out.
Not too deep, but for a teen shoujo-attempt, would you expect it to be?

Well, it is a holiday in some parts of the US.
So, I'd expect it in by Monday.
I think the series should've been a tad longer. And the story not so cliché.

I enjoyed this series. I thought the story itself was a bit boring but I liked the attempt :)
Himeno got on my nerves.... just a little bit to much. Her name also irked me for whatever reason I felt she could have been a much more developed character regardless of how long/short the series was.

A contemporary mahou shoujo manga...
What did you expect?
