Anybody know it?

If you don't, DM is a freeware game, the title roughly equivalent to "Cave Story," which plays a bit like a cutesy Metroid. The plot is fabulous, the gameplay is great, and there are so many secrets to the game that make its replay value immense. At times I'm impressed that it wasn't made by professionals.

You can get it at http://agtp.romhack.net/doukutsu.html (it was made for free download in the first place, so I don't think there should be a problem with posting the link). There's an english translation patch you can install, available at the same site.

Anyway, thoughts?

I don't know if anyone esle has this problem but i downloaded the game and when I go to play it, it says the file can not be found. Don't know if its just my computer or somethin but hopefully someone can help me out.

No one else has played this game? That's horrible! I came across this game recently when hearing about a music remix project for it. I picked it up, and wow... it's brilliant.

It's seriously one of the best platformers I have come across. The controls feel like a dream, and the graphics and music are beautiful and old school at the same time. Everything feels wonderfully and perfectly designed.
