I change favourite songs almost on a daily basis... at least weekly!

Right now I've been really obsessed with the opening theme to Kiki's Delivery Service. I don't know what it's called seeing as I can't read Japanese, but it sounds like it's from a 50s soc hop and I like it! Actually, I've been listening to my Ghibli disc non-stop for a week or so. Those songs are so very addictive.

Another would be Braja from FMA. I love that one too.

Man, I think Michelle Branch should just keep collaborating with Santana for like, ever. Their new single, "I'm Feeling You" is just so friggin' catchy and upbeat, you can't help but like it. I'm also really liking her teaming with Jessica Harp in forming the Wreckers. Awesome music.

And I'm branching a bit, but Kanye West's new song "Gold Digger" is really, really infectious. Sure, it's rap, but somehow it works without being crap.

There's this really simple piano piece on the Arjuna soundtrack called "Diamond" that I really like. It doesn't even breach two minutes but it seperates itself into three distinct sections with a rising action, kinda like the three act structure of story execpt in musical form.

They are underrated, it makes me sad; they need more fans!

Baka ni natta noni is such an addictive song XD. They've been releasing some singles lately, need to get my hands on 'em. ^^

It's sad really. They're SO good, but they take time to get into and some people don't like Ryutaro's voice. I've even heard them branded as "emo" which is just ridiculous.

I used to hate 'baka...' until I realised that it's really just a bit of fun, catchy fluff not to be taken too seriously, and the PV is absolutely hilarious.

Yeah, their most recent one was 'namae ni nai hana' last month, and their brand new one 'Ghost' is out...next week! They've got one scheduled for December as well - hopefully a new album will follow.

Back again, and I'm going to have to say MUCC's newest single "gerbera".

It's really great stuff, and the group hasn't dissapointed me yet. I mean, I leave the damned video on all the time just to hear the song.

Aside from that, iTunes says I've been listening to the ol' Rocky theme quite a bit.

Gonna fly now!

(I should be shot for that. -_-)

As of this writing, my favorite song would have to be "Get Black" by The Ponys off of last years Celebration Castle album. The Ponys have a slew of rock for rocks sake tracks on their records, but this one is so remniscent of Richard Hell & The Voidods style rock & roll that a big dumb grin appears on my face whenever I put it on.

Thanks to Bread, I'm totally addicted to 'Paris' by Patrick Wolf. An awesome mix of beautiful strings and incredibly groovy electronica. It rocks.

Also digging on the following:

MUCC - 'gerbera'
Jenny Lewis - 'Handle with Care'
Nightmare - 'Varuna'
Zwei - 'ICE BREAKER'
