I smell a very interpretive translation for some reason. I've seen all of Eva and could probably pick any other quote out rather easily. But there are some translations that take some very interesting takes on what is actually being said.

Please clarify if it's ADV's official dub or sub script. Of if it's from the movies, Manga Ent. If neither, then I dunno. Someone could subtitle something as anything they want really.

It sounds like the last thing Chairman Keel says in the movie before he turns into primordial goo like everybody else. But, again, a lot of what is said in those movies is very interpretive.
