What I look for in anime: It has got to be the imagination. Anime is a style of motion pictures that celebrates worlds, characters and actions that we only see in our dreams. They are distant places we can never reach but are always close to our hearts. If an anime presents itself with an exciting, new world, varied and fleshed-out characters and a unique story, then it is something wonderful; a true flight of fantasy any otaku would take.
