August 1st, 2010 - Dear student body, The staff contest is officially over! There were quite a few more entries than I had anticipated. The staff is going through the entries and hope to have selections in a few weeks.

July 12th, 2010 - Dear student body, Got a decent amount of entries for the staff contest! We'll let this one run till the end of July. That should give plenty of time for anyone who still wants to get an entry together to do so.

July 4th, 2010 - Dear student body, Well the majority of the staff seems to have been slain by something called life. That means time for a staff contest! Throw together a review in our format (e.g. Summary, Review, Score, Highs/Lows, plenty of examples in the library) and fire it off to staff-refresh@animeacademy.com. Try to pick something middle of the road, gushing about your favorite or ripping a show a new one isn't the best way to show off your skills. Digging up people to judge them might take a while so no hard fast end date at this point, based on the number of submissions it will be posted at a later date.
